How fast will my order ship out?
While most orders are shipped out immediately, sometimes it can take 24 hours to process your order. Shipping occurs once payment is approved, the address is verified, and the item is verified as in stock. If an item is not currently in stock, youll be notified by phone or by email.
What is your return policy?
We offer a risk free 15 day money back or exchange return policy on all of our clocks (*excluding special orders). To insure that you will receive a full refund or exchange, the watch must be in the same condition as it was received: brand new, not worn, no scratches, no links removed and all papers in the original box. We only sell brand new clocks and therefore cannot accept returns on used clocks. All shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I return or exchange my item?
If for whatever reason you want to return or exchange your item please contact us right away for an RMA (return authorization number). To obtain an RMA number please contact our customer service department at " email@example.com ". Once obtained, please make sure that the item looks the same way it looked when you received it. The item should be brand new, in the original box, not sized, no scratches... Pack up the item very carefully and write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. An item returned without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box will be refused. Make sure you send the package prepaid insured traceable delivery. We will not be able to issue a refund for packages lost in transit if the package was sent uninsured and you do not have proof of shipment. Returns will be credited in full minus the actual shipping and handling cost. Credit will be issued in the same form as payment received.
